Since 1970, Rodco Services has been a trusted commercial contractor in Baltimore County, Maryland. Focused initially on gas station construction, including the area’s first mini-market, we were founded with a commitment to quality, reliability, and meeting the evolving needs of our community.
As customer expectations and technology advanced, so did we. Rodco expanded throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region, broadening our services to better serve a growing client base. Clear communication, integrity, and fair pricing have remained at the core of our business and our long-standing relationships.
In 1995, we took our expertise nationwide when a valued client asked us to manage projects across the U.S. That opportunity launched our national presence and proved our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results, no matter the location or scale.

Established in 1970, Rodco Services, Inc. has been a trusted commercial contractor serving the Baltimore County, Maryland area. Founded with a vision to provide quality construction and maintenance services, Rodco initially focused on gas station projects– including building the first mini-market in the area, to meet the growing needs of the community. We recognize the importance of adapting to customer demands. As technology and customers evolved, so did Rodco.
We expanded our services to cover the DMV area – Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia – catering to the changing requirements of our clients. Our commitment to excellent communication, honesty, and fair pricing has been the cornerstone of our growth. When presented with the opportunity to assist a customer nationally in 1995, we seized it. This marked the beginning of our national presence, allowing us to handle complex projects efficiently and effectively, no matter the location.
